Happy House is the name this house has had for the last 17 years. This oceanfront 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home located on the Southside of Molokai has been a vacation rentals for years and does have a legal permit but is not transferrable. Recently replaced roof with copper flashing & insulation. Carport has a small storage closet w/ washing machine. There is a covered deck on the ocean side that captures the wonderful trade winds that are typical of Molokai. From the lanai you can see beautiful sunrises and on the same day you see the most spectacular sunsets when ocean sets on the water 6 months of the year. Winter months you see the whales out front breaching. Happy house is a great place to paddle from. There is barrier reef in front so fishing, snorkeling and swimming are a must.
